Many of us spend much of our lives living behind our defenses avoiding our past wounds. We know when this has happened when the essential joy of living has gone away. Sometimes we are able to capture this joy of living in certain areas of our lives but when we venture into other areas our defensive parts and/or wounded parts take over. We feel shut-down, resentful, angry, hurt or bored. This joy of living is still available to each of us, it has just become obscured by these other parts of ourselves.
I teach how to use meditation, mindfulness and inner parts work to more fully live from your authentic Self. We all have moments where our authentic Self shines. Moments of presence, confidence, connection, clarity and compassion. When we live our lives from this place there is a flow and ease to our day and people love to be around us. And when our defensive parts and wounds do get triggered we are able to be with them from a place of compassionate presence.
